    @JoeHell67 The sauce was good, but I prefer horseradish with prime rib. The one thing I would do differently is to either:
    1. omit the dried rosemary
    2. grind the dried rosemary into a powder using a spice grinder
    3. use fresh rosemary and chop it reeeeealy fine

    as it was the rosemary sort of had the same effect as dried pine needles. 😀 I’ve done prime rib with a roasted garlic/fresh horseradish/rosemary crust, and it works well also. Sort of a wet rub.

    Did you let the meat rest before slicing?
    How did the roasted garlic sauce turn out? Would you recommend doing it the way like in this vid
